    昨天的karate 第一天 累的半死

        准备活动,各式劈腿,基本拳法,踢腿,六七十个各式俯卧撑,五十个仰卧起坐(大部分时间我趴在地上偷懒)。
        一年多没有运动,都忘了流汗是啥意思了。
        那些俯卧撑以后我的手都软了。。。。这是训练完以后自己对着镜子拍的,照相的时候估计手抖的厉害,不太清晰。。。 样子吓到大家 对不住了 。。。。 以后拍点清晰的帅帅拳传上来~~~

        金海同学问karate 跟taekwondo的区别,我报名的时候问过这个问题,前辈们的回答不一定完全正确,但根据他们的经验还是有一定道理的吧:目前主流的跆拳道基本上是以腿法为主的武术,重视快速敏捷。拳法、摔法、掌法、膝肘法相对较少。空手道相对而言,技术更加全面,拳脚技术比较均衡,特别重视破坏力和杀伤力,讲究一击必杀,同时有很多非常漂亮的套路,尤其是传统空手道。

         从我第一次的练习来看,karate的确很注重拳法和手臂的力气,专门练习了如何用手臂化解对方的攻击力和小手臂、手腕的抗击打能力(我偷懒了很多,手臂还是红了一块块的)。踢腿却只练了一种。当然,这些都是最基本的动作,所以体会的不是很深刻。这一次学的拳法倒不是很多,却觉得在实战中要根据对方快速的攻击决定以什么拳法来抵抗和反击,这个需要花很大功夫练习才能达到意识的层面上。

         就我感觉,跆拳道是不是更接近格斗一些?

         昨天老师说空手道更讲求近距离的攻击,气至丹田,从腰部发力。踢腿也是有的,而且一定要稳和快。它们在技术和内容上应该还是有很大的区别的吧,具体的要以后才能慢慢体会。另外,我学的是刚柔派的空手道,据说是有明显的南拳特色,以小架三战步、猫足立为主,讲究刚柔并济。在修行时注重“气”、“息”、“体”的锻炼。

         虽然,我打的差不多是花拳绣腿了,喝喝的喊声估计听起来也像哼哼 不过还是蛮喜欢的。一个星期练两节课,会长说这么练2个月以后身体素质会有很大的变化,这也算是我参加的一个原因吧。

         另外,昨天晚上就只觉得累,今天一天全身关节各种疼痛。。。。
